Today she cut off the employee at the window and started aggressively yelling at me over being “5 minutes early” (after waiting in her drive threw for 22 min) when I only asked if I needed to get out of my car after being told to park. I’ve seen her be rude to other customers before too. It’s unprofessional and ruins the experience, especially when the rest of the staff is awesome. Management needs to address her behavior. Edit went back after getting a comp medium drink and this time they made all 6 of the drinks wrong The machine was down and they said i know after remaking it and offered to add a shot but the texture and whole drink was off 2 Kids cotten candy Med golden eagal freeze Large mistle toe reble custom 1 choclate kids shake A speciality egg nog which was probally wrong to Not sure what happened to this location... If possible id go to a different location!!

This company has a hole needs to get a better system in place that will accommodate proper traffic flow as well as proper orientation when it comes to taking a customer‘s order.

Every time I come through, Melz and Brenton make the experience awesome — they’re always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
