If you don’t know what’s in your individual ingredients. Diabetics beware. Not only didn’t I get coffee I have now lost $14.62. When I watch them make my drink and then stop them after they got it wrong. I get “ did you tell the foot taking the order “ um yeah I did. Multiple times. I have been a Dutch loyalist for lijev3 years. Every day same coffee. Well not anymore. Hope to get my refund. But I doubt they will do anything.

I had my daughter with me the last time I went to this location and she wanted a cotton candy milkshake with whipped cream. Whipped cream was the only modification, and they didn’t put any on there. I didn’t want to hold up the drive thru just for whipped cream. But it’s the same thing when I get coffee here too, it’s just never completely right like it was at first. They’re usually always really busy. My hope is that I can give this location some time to make some improvements with coordination and order accuracy so they can keep up with the demand 🫶🏻💛💙🧡

I am always met with kindness regardless of who the person who’s handling my order is. I have to shoutout Brenton as well he always take the time to make conversation with me even when it’s busy, but he still makes sure everything is running smoothly. I look forward to my next coffee!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
