  I go here basically everyday cause i’m addicted to my large blended electric berry rebel and the team is always so awesome! A few of them even remember my name which just makes me love the place even more! I really appreciate ya’ll!

  My favorite location! I stop by 3-4 mornings a week with a mobile order, and my drink is always ready when I get there. Shoutout to Brenton for always being so kind! Great staff and energy at this location!

  My husband and I go to Dutch bros pretty much every single day. My husband for sure everyday, but to say all that every single day we go Brayden and his crew always are in such great moods with a smile on their faces, so sweet, and just great people that make the atmosphere 10x better. Let’s not forget to mention the coffeee is amazing!!!

  After some earlier frustration with this Dutch Bros, I wanted to update my previous review. The manager personally took the time to apologize and address the situation, which truly meant a lot to me. I really appreciate the care and effort to make things right. It definitely restored my confidence, and I’ll continue supporting this Dutch Bros. __________________________________ I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at Dutch Bros. I’ve gone out of my way, waking up at 5am specifically to participate in their promotional events where each drink purchase is supposed to come with a sticker or merch item. I usually buy multiple drinks to support the promotion and collect the items, which has always been part of the fun. However, during my last couple of visits, I was told I could only receive two stickers/merch items total, regardless of how many drinks I purchased. That directly contradicts the promotion stating that each drink purchase receives an item. If there’s a new limit policy, it needs to be clearly advertised upfront so customers know what to expect before spending their time and money. The only reason I make the early trip and purchase several drinks is for these limited items. Being told there’s a cap after purchasing multiple drinks feels misleading and frustrating. Consistency and transparency would go a long way in keeping loyal customers happy. I really hope Dutch Bros clarifies and honors their promotions moving forward.

  This is LITERALLY my FAVORITE Dutch Bros location!!! I’ve gone to other DB’s and Skinner Road is UNMATCHED!! I am always met with kindness! Them fixing my order, because it be my fault 99% of the time, is never a problem. The crew quickly settles my mishaps and gets me on my way. I typically forget to change my pick-up location after going to another DB. 🤦🏽‍♀️ There is no greater feeling than having exceptional customer service and being treated like family and not just another customer. I frequent this location so much because it’s on my way to work. I am greeted by name before I even get to the window. S/O to the Skinner Dutchie Crew! 💐🙌🏾🎉♥️🔥🥰 Thank you all for always being so kind, consistent, and phenomenal at your service!
