With the exception of 1 employee that I have come across, I don’t believe there is one ounce of urgency in this place. Mixed up orders, 5-7 minutes for a drive through coffee order. You get all 31 flavors of customer service here.

I only come to this Dunkin because it’s closest to my house but it’s always “an experience” at the Barker Cypress location (7017 Barker Cypress Rd) and not the good kind. There’s a woman there (I think she’s the manager or supervisor idk) who is consistently rude and unprofessional. She refuses to accommodate even the simplest requests. Today I asked for the Candy Bar Iced Coffee with the same drizzle and toppings as the latte version because I do not like lattes I like stronger coffee and she flat-out said no because she “can’t charge” for it. There are literally ways to ring that up. I work at Starbucks … I get how this works.
Thankfully, the Highway 6 Dunkin’ (7510 Hwy 6 N) saved the day! They said “absolutely no problem,” charged me appropriately, and were actually friendly. I got what I wanted and she was ABLE TO RING IT UP, because I had no issue paying extra in the first place. That’s what good customer service looks like. I’ll happily drive a little further to go there from now on.

It’s so dumb but here I come so maybe the young lady at the front register can see this and hopefully find a job that is more fulfilling!
I went through the drive through- always a great experience. However today my coffee wasn’t the best, so I took it upon myself to go inside and ask for it to be remade. The snarky attitude from the girl at the register was very telling. She said what would I like different - i do not know the recipe so I just said it tasted like the bottom of the coffee pot. She said “ it’s going to be the same if I remake it” proceeds to suggest she add more brown sugar syrup…. And adds about 5-6 pumps and gives it back to me to shake …. Tasted way too sweet now. I asked for a new one minus what she’d JUST done a little less. She rolled her eyes and takes the cup and re makes it WITH an attitude. The drink was good at last, I proceeded to leave when she shouted “YOURE WELCOME ” as I’m at the door … first of I know passive aggressive lol, 2. I would’ve said thank you had she’d been more pleasant and helpful from the beginning. So I went back and addressed her since she wanted to be snappy. It was NOT a free coffee. Had it been I understand her attitude. She applied for this job, if you’re not happy making coffee find something that makes you happy to do all day for a check. Otherwise be kind to customers!

Horrible service went here today in the morning. Ordered a milkshake, 2 sandwiches and an order of hash browns. They did not give us the receipt so when I went inside because they didn’t give us one of the sandwiches the lady the big one was giving me attitude. I asked for my recipe since I did not get one and the employee seemed very annoyed. Once I got the receipt they did not charge us for the sandwich but the total was off. We checked online and with both sandwiches and the rest of our food it was the $15 we payed. So how come we payed that but they claimed that we did not order a sandwich. Overall horrible customer service genuinely never going back here again.
