- KHKatrina HernandezDec 21, 20251.0My husband went into this location for a mobile order around noonish on Saturday 12/20, and he was shook by how disgustingly disrespectful the heavy set "manager" was treating the poor little Asian teenager for absolutely no reason. She didn't care about who was in the store, she just wanted to degrade her and make her feel little. I hope that the district manager or whoever her superior is, does a little digging because I'm sure this toxic environment happens more than just this instance. No grown adult should be talking to a child this way, and I hope her mother doesn't get wind of it, because if that were my child... she'd have some difficulty getting up from the ground...or at least more than I'm sure she already has. Be better.
- NNNayDec 21, 20251.0I usually make my own coffee at home BUT I love Dunkin's iced coffee. I usually get 1/2 decaf iced coffee. The last two times I went to this location the coffee was weak and the one I got today was all decaf. Today will be my last day at this location. They were good until they weren't. Disappointing!
