  First time ordering from this store, and it will be the last time I order at any location. Cancel my online carryout order 2 hours before closing time, just because they either dont feel like making it or they're trying to feed their delivery drivers work (that's the usual excuse) I'm sick of this chain doing this. Pizzahut, Papa Johns and Marcos all have NEVER done this to me, and it blows my mind that it's even allowed these days. I've worked for several pizza chains and this would never have happened at any of them. I won't be ordering from Dominos anymore, plenty of other places to get better pizza for the same price, if not less. Just Google Pizza literally dozens of better options in this area alone

  Ordered 2/8/26, around 4:30. Got a pizza covered in air bubbles, had it remade. Second pizza? Still had air bubbles, raw dough, toppings basically thrown on, and it was half overcooked and half raw. Older guy working the counter wouldn't give me a second redo for this mess, so I'm disputing it with my bank. Shame, my wife is pregnant and can't eat raw stuff, and she really wanted that pizza.

  Came in tonight to get the cinnamon bites , they weren’t cooked all the way and I had to shake them up bc there wasn’t even cinnamon on all them, there was one person working but it wasn’t busy he was a old white man with a ponytail, he needs more training on how to bake these, HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. He put absolutely no effort.

  Horrible customer service!!! On 2 occasions we asked for LIGHT CHEESE, the first time the guy told us “Well it’s burnt because it’s light cheese and tried to give us one that was a lot of cheese on it. We asked them to remake it and wow not burnt and mug he cheese. Second occasion, which was tonight, my husband asked for light cheese on two pizzas and both had a ton of cheese, for mine he went back and told the lady that it was too much cheese and they proceeded to try and tell him it is “light cheese” he asked them to remake it with less cheese and she gives him a smart ass response saying “so you want extra light cheese” well YES but unfortunately that’s not an option on the app. So they remake mine but my husband’s had a ton of cheese, horrible attitudes!!! I actually hate this location, we thought we’d give it another try but never again. Customer service has literally gone down the drain!! I don’t see why asked for light cheese and it being fine the first time is such a huge request!!
