  Been in twice, both times got my blood pressure up so 1 star it is. I will visit in the future and adjust if possible. Food: no issues either trip, had bowls both times, the one in Jan 2026 with barbacoa was tasty. Almost $3 for guac but they put a big amount on. Again no problem with food, tasty and fresh, reasonably priced. Service Trip 1: restaurant was not busy but unfortunately almost all the tables were disgusting as they were covered with food residue so I had to make a comment. This was shortly after they opened but still not my job to keep up with restaurant cleanliness. No one came immediately out and I ended up getting napkins with water and did my own clean job. Service Trip 2: Jan 26, in for second time. Ice machine for customers is not working. Not a huge deal but I go back to the cashier and mention that the ice machine isn't working and apparently I was speaking a foreign language as there was no response or acknowledgement. Blank stare. There is no sign on the ice machine saying it is out of order. Well we made the mistake of sitting in the seats near the ice machine and heard 20 people during the following minutes trying to get ice and griping about it. So back to the cashier I go asking for a manager, again looked at me like she was struggling with comprehension. She whispered something to the lady standing next to her (Lady #2) and then they both looked at I believe a tall black middle aged gentlemen. Nothing happens, I guess he is the manager but doesn't want to talk to complaining customers? Who will know. So lady #2 ends up bouncing back to me trying to help. I mention the ice machine isn't producing ice, and i told the cashier this earlier with no response. #2 says ice machine is broken but we can get ice for you behind the counter. I was leaving so said no need but how about putting an out of order sign on the ice machine? Should you be charging for drinks if ice isn't available? What is amazing is that if you look at google reviews for Chipotle in a 10 mile radius from this restaurant, has similar inputs and 3.X ratings. So this is really a corporate level issue as far as i'm concerned. In any case, 3.X rated restaurants don't stay around for long typically. I will be back in 6 months to see what happens, maybe the drive through is the ticket......

  Absolutely terrible service. Food is cold, pickup orders are often 20+ minutes late while walk-ins are served first, portions are skimpy, and items are frequently missing. This location is very obviously poorly managed. I’ve given it multiple chances and it never improves. Avoid if you value your time or your money.

  Why have a mobile ordering option or drive up window if no one is going to be working it? Waited 10 minutes at the drive through, had to come inside to see no one was prepping the mobile orders until I reminded them. Just terrible.

  The Chipotle business model of skimping on portions should be illegal. This is the ONLY food establishment in existence allowed to completely rip you off and get away with it. I made the dire mistake of getting a burrito to-go and ended up paying over $10 for a burrito half the size of my palm. I feel violated and sickened by the fact that they are allowed to do this to paying customers. They essentially stole from my wallet today by giving me half of the product I paid for and somehow we are supposed to pretend that it’s normal and legal for this place to rip us off and get away with it. One day they’re going to do this to the wrong hangry person and the results are going to be very very bad (which honestly they completely deserve).

  they want to charge 1.00 for pico sauce now ?! or is it just when I come. The older lady had a snarky attitude when I have never infact paid for extra, You would have thought the sauce was coming straight out of her paycheck the way the attitude started unprovoked! When I asked why I was being charged 😭😭 I prob will skip coming here from now on.
