  We came in to order seven veggie bowls. While the vegetables (onions and bell peppers) were being served, we noticed chunks of meat mixed in with the veggies. We immediately informed the staff and explained that we have meat allergies, and asked if a fresh batch of vegetables could be prepared. We were told no, and that they would not make more vegetables until the current batch was finished. We then asked to speak with a manager, who repeated the same response and stated that they “didn’t have any more.” At no point did we receive an apology or acknowledgment of the seriousness of cross-contamination—especially given food allergies. To make matters worse, staff members were speaking in Spanish about us in a dismissive manner, clearly annoyed by our request, which felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. This experience raises serious concerns about: • Food safety and cross-contamination • Proper allergy handling • Staff training and professionalism Refusing to remake contaminated food when a customer states they have a meat allergy is unacceptable. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly. We decided to go somewhere else. After 5 mins of asking if they could make us some more then they finally said - they would make us a new batch. Totally killed out love for chipotle

  I placed my order and asked for sour cream. The male worker said they’re out. I clearly see the giant bag of sour cream behind him and said “no there’s sour cream right there”. He says “well we’re out right now” I said no there’s sour cream right there can you please just refill it. He said well it’ll take a few minutes then proceeds to move at a snails pace, all because SOMEONE ASKED HIM TO DO HIS JOB!! If you don’t wanna do your job, leave. There are other people who will. Abhorrent behavior

  Not sure why I ordered ahead online. Was way slower than just ordering in store, which is juat stupid. They missed the promise time by 10 minutes. They weren't very busy either. The to-go pickup area is in an awkward area of the store where you have to squeeze past customers at the counter to even see what's ready on the shelf. Really bad setup that made the poor service even worse.

  We dined here after lunch on a very busy Black Friday, but surprisingly it wasn’t too crowded. The food and service were quick. After a long time, we finally found a Chipotle location where the food was prepared just right—not too salty or too vinegary, just perfect. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, though it could be a bit cleaner.
