  Literally waited over 20 mins in the drive thru. The employees were so focused on the uber eats/door dash orders and left everyone in the drive thru waiting. As I got home, I noticed that the amount of steak was significantly reduced on my sandwich. I haven’t been in this location in about 3 months and it’s going downhill. Definitely will not be coming back.

  I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but tonight’s experience really changed that. The cashier working the register on 10/7/25 at approximately 7:35 PM was extremely rude and made unprofessional, inappropriate comments. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience was disappointing and disrespectful. If this is the type of person representing your business, you’re going to lose loyal customers — starting with me.

  Had a great chicken Philly the bread was nice and soft, the lettuce , tomatoes were fresh as well. My fries were cooked and nice and hot thank you!

  If you really really want a Philly sandwich give yourself an hour to order and get your your order. Ridiculous the wait time!!!!
