She took the time to explain the different options, gave us suggestions, and had a pleasant smile and attitude the ENTIRE TIME! Yaya was GENUINELY attentive and personable! The entire Saturday lunch crew from 12:00-12:30 was AWESOME! In addition to that, Yaya WAS GIVING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVERYONE AND ANYONE wants when they enter a Cava! If she isn’t a manager or supervisor, SHE NEEDS TO BE! Thank you, Yaya!

However, when I got home and opened my bag, there was no sauce included and the free pita was missing as well. I also checked for utensils and only received one fork. The spoons haven’t been restocked for quite some time, as I’ve noticed on several previous visits, but this was by far my worst experience. I ended up having to eat my bowl dry without the sauce or the bread I had ordered. I’m honestly pretty disappointed with this visit and hopefully it can fix soon!
