I called to let them know that they didnt provide the ice cream and that nowhere in the website it said that to go orders don’t get ice cream. The guy said I spoke said it was it was common sense that ice cream shouldnt be added, it’s common courtesy that you guys at least let the customers know when they pick up their orders. It doesnt hurt to be nice and take the extra step to greatness. What couldve been great really sucked!!! And the cherry on top was that they added one ranch on a 20 WINGS ORDER
