  Just picked up my order from BWW so excited to try the pick 6 for 2 and the wings were nasty. We ordered 10bone in wings, all american burger, salt and vinegar fries, potatoe wedges, and 2 teas. The wings were so tough, chewy, and cold. Surprising since it’s so early in the day. The burger was soggy we didn't even want to eat it! The fries were wayyy too vinegary and burned my lips! This was the worst experience ever and i was really craving some good wings! The only thing good in this order was the wedges! We will never be ordering here again so gross. I wish i could get a refund for this mess!

  placed an online pickup order and was very disappointed with the experience. There was no ranch or blue cheese included, even after confirming with two employees that the sauces were inside the bag. The fries were overly salty to the point they were not edible, and the mozzarella sticks were hard and seemed undercooked. To make matters worse, the manager was very rude and kept talking over me instead of listening and understanding my concerns. I will not be returning. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

  DO NOT LISTEN TO SARAH!!!! She will kill you. Hahahaha. Lol. DO NOT EAT WILD FLAVOR WINGS. All kidding aside she is great. She is awsome. . She knows her business. A very respectful woman and a very oriented customer service person. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

  When you par cook the wings the breading gets hard as a rock. Fried pickles were not even browned. Last time we are ordering from them. Back to Hooters we go.
