Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea® and all the classic Southern fixin’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All your favorites are only a tap away with the Bojangles app, whether you’re craving chicken tenders, a chicken biscuit or a family meal with a whole lot of everything for everyone.
I was headed out to grab a quick breakfast and remembered this Bojangles just opened on Fry Rd. Drive thru person was extremely friendly, I ordered biscuits and gravy with a chicken filet on the side. So much better than anything and McDonald’s!

WARNING!!! The Bo special sauce is horseradish based. The peach honey pepper sauce tastes nothing and chemicals. The honey mustard is palatable. GF thought the biscuit is better than Popeyes, she's wrong. The sandwich is a knockoff of Popeyes but not nearly as good. The fries had so much salt on them, they would not go down my throat. The dirty rice, 3-4 ounces, has little flavor to it.

The service at the one on Fry Road in Cypress is terrible. We walked in and nobody greeted us. We had stop the manager and another employee from talking to ask is this where you get help. They were very rude also the food was not what it was when they first started. The biscuits were so hard and over cooked. The fries were so salty we had to literally shake the salt off of them in order to eat them. The tenders were fried too hard. I was so excited to try this place because of what I saw on YouTube about the chicken and the flavor. I’m very disappointed. I wish they sold whole chicken pieces. Maybe it would be better. It’s not good at all. We just threw away 43.00. Never going back.

Ive been here a couple times. Food is inconsistent. Tomball location off 99 is way better food wise!
First visit: staff was very friendly. Biscuit and gravy is a 10/10! Very filling as well! They had the berry biscuit meal for 5.59. When I tried to order it they said they couldn't its not avaliable. They said I could order the meal and sub the biscuit, which would have been fine if they price matched it. It was 6.99 for the meal and .50 to change biscuit so 7.49 for a meal thats advertised as 5.59 or whatever the cents were. I ended up having to order through app to get correct price at 5 something.
2nd visit: fries were barely warm or seasoned even though they were just made, sausage tasted old like its been sitting out for hours.
3rd visit: Delivery- food was barely warm fries barely seasoned and sausage tasted old again.
4th visit- today, icing missing between berry biscuit, ice in tea although I said none, sausage didn't taste as old as other visits, but didnt taste fresh either. This store is too new for everybody to already hate their job lol. The workers at the counter and window are always nice and friendly though!

They've just started moving Bojangles into the Houston area, and, as a North Carolinian by birth, this was exciting to me. Little did I know that Bo's is toying with an idea about just doing chicken sandwiches and tenders as a franchise concept and THAT was the store I went to. So taste-wise, everything was good, but I wanted chicken on the bone and I drove nearly a half-hour to get some so...disappointed. Dirty rice was excellent as was the chicken sandwich and tenders. Very generic on the inside. Fast-moving ToGo line outside. Pleasant, no-nonsense service.
