  I’ve been enjoying Bojangles chicken tenders and seasoned fries. The service is impeccable and this is close to my work so they’ve been helpful to get group orders in. I really appreciate it. I love the Bo special sauce and country gravy with my tenders. This has been our group order go to place now.

  I would give this company a negative 3 stars for their high sodium blood pressure through the roof too much salt food. I couldn’t eat 20% of it because the fries always too salty. I don’t see how they’re in service trying to make money from taking people out with their crappy food!!!!! Pure disgusting.

  I had an excellent experience at Bojangles in Cypress. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, delivering the quality you’d hope for from a well-run establishment. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining environment. Service was prompt, and the staff members were friendly, attentive, and engaging throughout my visit. Overall, this location stands out for its combination of great food, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

  THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE. If you walk in to place an order, don’t expect anyone to come to the register. Staff just do their thing and customers need to stand and wait. Even if you pre-order and come only to pick up, you can still end up waiting 20–30 minutes. When I tried to ask about my order, nobody gave a clear answer. Employees were speaking their own language between each other instead of helping customers, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Completely disorganized service and a huge waste of time.

  Came here for breakfast Saturday morning and had a wonderful experience. Ordered egg and cheese biscuit, chicken biscuit, blueberry biscuit and family size of hashbrowns. Service was super friendly. Food came out hot, fresh and tasted delicious. The inside of the restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. Lots of seating available.
