- KMKayla MitchellApr 4, 20261.0We go to DutchBros several times per week, sometimes multiple times per day, and this location ALWAYS disappoints. Most of the employees have terrible attitudes (besides like maybe 2 or 3). We order online using the app and our stuff isnt made on time, hardly ever, unless we deliberately wait 15 minutes to go pick it up. Today we ordered something with soft top and got a teaspoon of it on top and had to ask for the rest of our order that they forgot after being super dismissive. I will go to ANY other location no matter if it is out of the way from now on. I deal with the public for my career as well and know it can be difficult but businesses will suffer with disrespectful employees

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
