  I live not even 5 mins from there and my blizzard leaked everywhere in my car. There was supposed to be chocolate middle and there was extremely hot fudge on the side of it. I had to run home and put it in the freezer and go clean my car. They are always slow with food even when there is one or two cars in line and the workers always have friends in the store distracting the workers.

  Might be the slowest damn DQ I’ve ever been to. Even ordering through app you’ll be sitting in store for 20+ mins. For being a new location it’s highly under staffed or filled with unskilled staff (not their fault) management and owners to blame. Also good luck parking, if lot has more than 5 people you will not be able to park

  I order the Jalito combo, and it was just......gross. I have had this meal several times before from a location in Katy, and it's delicious. I come here to Cypress, and yuck!

  The first time we went there they messed up our order but my fiance called them and they were offering all new meals the next day but instead we only got one meal and requested chocolate malts instead. It is definitely worth it!

  Went last week in drive thru, young lady w blue hair didnt know how load receipt paper so I didnt get a receipt which I said was fine. Got home and my dbl belt buster wasnt in bag, a chicken sandwhich only and the kids meal I ordered. I called in and DQ said come back within a week and we will make it right. I showed up today and the manager JORGE told me that doesnt sound right and not how it works. I explained again and he told me they should have wrote on receipt so at this point I know he isnt listening. He gave me $3 off my order today and basically ignored me that my last trip was $24 and wrong. Extremely disappointing that employees arnt trained right and then the manager assumed me the customer is lying for a free burger?!? smh, hits harder as DQ was my first job at 16. I would avoid the new store UNDERWHELMING
