  Absolutely the worst service, I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Staff is incompetent with running a business. Terrible customer service and the food wasn’t good.

  Waited 15 minutes in line just to be told that they only had one more portion of chicken and it would be about another 15 minutes for the other meats to be done

  I spent $38 on 3 bowls, to go. I’ve had mixed experiences with this location. Once I got home, I realized all 3 bowls were super light. I called the restaurant immediately. The gentleman acted as if he didn’t know what I meant when I said “the bowls had nothing in them”. He encourage me to come back to the restaurant with them bowls so they can determine if the portion “standard” was met. My response was, there is no standard because it’s different every time. I’ve heard that other people have been having this same issue, especially on to-go orders, what a shame. I don’t have the desire to drive back and forth to the restaurant for them to fix something that shouldn’t be a problem. Do better. If I have to drive BACK to the restaurant, I need something more than just you redoing my bowls.,

  I love Chipotle please understand that. I eat at Chipotle at least once a week but not this one Cypress 290 by the outlets. We pulled up, yes I saw it was line. I am very patient when it comes to my food. I anticipate a wait for fresh food. The Chipotle(s) I always go to line moves pretty fast. Line or not! We waited in line about 20 minutes. I ordered a salad. The server puts lettuce in the bowl, goes to scrape up the little rice left. I advise him to get a fresh container of rice. He states there is no more rice, I asked him are speaking of no rice for the day because it's 8:15pm and they close at 10pm. He states yes. I immediately said that is not acceptable we have been waiting in line 20 minutes, go asked someone else. He then comes back and say it will be 30 minutes for rice. No customer service and no rice and they barley had meat. VERY UPSET!!!! This location needs some evaluating. A place that serves the same thing should never have to wait over 10 minutes.

  Me and my partner ordered chipotle from this location like many other times, and were surprised with customer service being VERY poor. Staff seemed uninvited and uninterested on getting our order taken care of, the burritos were VERY poorly wrapped spilling out of the sides and the worker noticed it and instead of fixing it just put another piece of foil over it. My partner while making his order the employee carelessly assembled his burrito as well to the point where she was not even looking at him but instead started engaging in irrelevant conversation with the order staff members, to the point where when she was done talking she did not even know what customer she was taking care of, and was completely unaware that he has made his selection and she made a quesadilla instead of what originally ordered and asked the next customer what he wanted on his order unaware that it was the wrong person . So we’re VERY disappointed and will not be coming back to this location and would not recommend that you come to this location either.
