I was done with my meet and expected a big nice yummy chipotle bowl and what I got was far from that. To start off SAMANTHA gave me less than one scoop of chicken like she was saving it for someone else. Next I asked for cheese and she gave me less that 20 pieces. Overall every portion was very small normally I can't shake the bowl cause it's so full. But this time I shook it and can hear everything move. To make it worse the best part (the chips) were stale I personally don't think anyone should go to this chipotle and its a waste of money and time

The biggest issue with this Chipotle isn’t the food or the employees — it’s the management. The staff looked overwhelmed and clearly understaffed, while the manager just walked around checking things off on a tablet instead of actually helping. Orders were coming out wrong, the line barely moved, and nobody seemed to be coordinating anything. What really stood out was how the manager handled problems. A customer politely pointed out their order was incorrect, and instead of fixing it quickly, the manager argued with them about what was “on the ticket.” It came off as unprofessional and honestly embarrassing to watch. You could tell the employees were frustrated too — not because they didn’t care, but because they weren’t being supported. Good teams need good leadership, and this place seriously lacks it. I don’t blame the workers at all, but until management steps up, I won’t be coming back.

This review isn’t about the employees — it’s about the management, because that’s clearly where the problem is. You can tell the staff is trying their best, but the place feels completely mismanaged. The line was backed up, online orders were piling up, and there was zero organization. What made it worse was watching the manager stand off to the side, not helping, and speaking to employees in a really dismissive and rude way. At one point, a customer asked about a missing item, and instead of handling it professionally, the manager got defensive and basically brushed them off. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the store. When leadership is like that, it trickles down into everything — slower service, stressed employees, and a bad experience overall. I actually felt bad for the workers more than anything. Until management improves, I don’t see this location getting any better.

I used to like Chipotle, but this last visit completely turned me off. The portions were way smaller than usual — I asked for extra rice and the employee barely added anything. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the guac (which costs extra, by the way) was brown and bland. On top of that, the staff seemed annoyed the entire time. No greeting, no eye contact, just rushed through the line like they didn’t want to be there. The restaurant itself wasn’t much better — tables were dirty and trash bins were overflowing. For the price, I expect at least decent quality and service, but this was disappointing all around. Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Myself and our Urgent Care come to this location almost daily for lunch (not anymore). Today was absolutely horrible. They had a new girl on the line by herself (not her fault) She didn't know how to make a kids meal, what container to use, etc and when she asked the man in the kitchen for help he didn't know either. I had to tell her what container to grab, how many tortilla's came on it, how to section the items, another girl came over as she stocked the lobby (new girl should have been in lobby and other girl on the line), the new girl asked how to make a kids meal, the girl RUDLY told the new girl you don't put the tortillas in foil, they go in the container. Then she (not the new girl) threw my tortilla's in the container. The menu says build your own tacos (does not mention no toppings included), the new girl put a little lettuce in the clear tiny container and 1 tsp of sour cream in another (I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR THESE) I can bring receipts. The new girl slid my order down to the register (she looked like she wanted to cry. My food sat at the register for 12 min and 42 seconds before I was checked out. Again there was a long line also waiting behind me to check out and 5 employees in the store. While the RUDE Manager Isabella decided to come ring me up she tried to charge for the 5 piece of lettuce and the tsp of sour cream. I advised her I have never been charged for them before and she said "WELL" we charge for them. I told her to take them off my tab, not to worry and she threw them hard in the trash can behind her and pushed my bag hard towards me, threw my receipt in the bag and talked to the customer behind me ignoring me. I asked her for the managers name she said she was the manager, I asked her for the store manager again she said she was, I asked her for the owners name she said she was, then said she wasn't. She refused to give me corporates number. The tables were dirty, there was food on the floor, the man in the kitchen was dumping bean juice from the bean bin in the trash and then putting the same beam container on the line. This poor new girl was all alone and NO ONE cared to help her. My food was cold before I even got to my car.
