My burrito was like warm, basically cool. Barely had any grilled chicken in it. We also bought salads to have later in the day for lunch and a fruit cup. Salads and fruit cup were definitely from the day before which we understand but the lettuce was completely wilted, fruit looked like it had been a couple days old it was mushy. Also the woman at the drive through speaker the last 2 mornings sounded like she definitely did not want to be there. Customer service lacking.

Even though they were very busy at lunch time we were in and out with our food. It was hot and fresh! Anytime we dine at Chick-fil-A the experience is always great.

Kids meals never have toys, kids meal are never in a kids meal bag but a regular small bag, chicken nuggets are the size of finger nail. Chick fil a is popular for a reason. I just hope this franchise owner is not cutting corners to save money, while lessoning custom experience * quality.
