  I had a great experience at Cava thanks to Leidy! She was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly during my visit. The service was quick, the staff seemed well-coordinated, and the overall atmosphere felt organized and welcoming. Leidy’s professionalism really stood out and made my visit enjoyable.

  I had an incredible experience at CAVA! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and high-energy. Even with a line, they moved through orders efficiently without making anyone feel rushed.The team was patient while I picked my toppings and offered some great recommendations that made my bowl even better. It’s rare to find this level of friendly, attentive service at a fast-casual spot. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the vibes were great. I always have a pleasant experience with Denise she is very friendly and always has a smile on her face.

  I'm not huge on chain restaurants, but cava is an exception for me. The flavors were on point!!! Food was ready early. Location, clean.

  We had come to the Cava location in Cypress many times, today was the first time that a team member has made an effort to interact with us more than the very bare minimum, thank you Daniel for going the extra mile with your customer service.

  This was my first time at Cava and I was very impressed! With Leydi she took care of us and make the experience fantastic She took the time to explain the different options, gave us suggestions, and had a pleasant smile and she was very nice and very attending to our needs it was a very nice customer service that she provided to us
