  3 stars - Disappointed with our recent delivery order. We ordered a French dip, gyro, chicken nuggets, and jalapeño nuggets with a Coke Zero, but received a cold French dip without the au jus, a Sprite, and a lemonade instead. Lots of extra sauces we didn't ask for. To the Arby's team, I want to encourage you, your work matters! If you're feeling rushed or overwhelmed, please speak up and ask for help. Prioritize getting orders right, even when it's tough. My feedback comes from a place of wanting to see Arby's succeed, as I like their food. Hope you can take this as an opportunity to improve.

  HORRIBLE! TikTok had me ordering the 7.99 box but it didNOT look like the advertisement. Fries 🍟 cold Roast beef 🥩 luke warm Pop 🥤 half filled Mozzarella sticks 🧀 wasn’t even stringy People were friendly but food 👎🏾
