  It took more than 1 hr for my order and yet have to wait more because there were 5 more orders in front of mine so I have to canceled it even when my confirmation order said less time, just posting this as a prove if I dont get my money back because they just gave me this receipt

  Rude customer service - counter Shorted my wing qty - ordered “30 for 30” got 26 Rude manager said if I come back (10 mile drive each way) he’d give me 4 wings. Manager doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or feedback.

  I went in to tell manager Jeff that I witnessed a driver drop an order on the ground and then picked it up and put it back in the box. Jeff was rude and didn't come to see what the issue was after a sweet employee told him I needed to speak with him. I thought maybe he could reach the delivery service and notify the company of a disgusting act on the driver. I tried to show him pictures of the driver and the evidence on the ground, but he wasn't interested. This is a huge health issue and poor for business. Wingstop is impossible to reach, so here's your review to go with the multitude of negative comments here about this location. Glad I went to Chipotle instead!

  Absolutely ridiculous experience at Wingstop. The management is completely unprofessional. We ordered the 40-wing family pack — 10 lemon pepper bone-in and 10 lemon pepper boneless. Instead, they gave us 20 lemon pepper boneless. When we called, they told us they could remake the 10 bone-in wings and that we did NOT need to bring anything back. Halfway through our drive, they called back and suddenly changed their story, saying they couldn’t remake them unless we brought back everything — which directly contradicts what they told us in the first call. The drive was from Joshua to Crowley, and I drive a diesel vehicle. I’m not wasting that kind of gas because your staff made a mistake. We repeatedly explained that we couldn’t drive back, and instead of taking accountability, the manager rudely cut me off mid-conversation and said, “Sorry, we ran out of the sauce.” So which is it? You could remake them, or you ran out? The inconsistency and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I own two businesses myself, and this is NOT how you treat customers. You don’t change policies mid-conversation and expect people to just deal with it. Horrible service. Zero accountability. 100% do not recommend.

  I ordered through the mobile app lemon pepper all flats, well done. I grabbed my order without checking the wings since I have been there before without any issues. On my way to work I reached in and grabbed a wing and it literally tasted like a dash of lemon pepper was used, dripping with oil and something sweet. When I got to work and looked at the chicken it just looked like oily chicken with light lemon pepper on it.(picture included, you believe the judge) I spoke to a manager named Ginger and she told me to bring it back. I explained that I could not since I was already at work for the evening and would not be off until early the next morning. She then told me that I would have to keep the chicken with me until I could come in for who knows what purpose other than to throw it away. Can I ask why taking pictures was not enough. So now my car needs to smell like chicken until then. Needless to say I asked for a refund ill pass on this place. I heard from someone on my last visit its under new management and this is the level of competence we can expect?
