  Ordered for a 2:19 pickup arrived and checked in at 2:30 pressed red button just for them to say order wasn’t on board. They sent someone out at 2:35 then never returned so I left horrible place to order

  Never got any food. Tried to just cancel order, just cheese sticks, after waiting 20 minutes and was asked for a receipt. But I had paid at the car side thing so I didn't have one. So I left, guess they can keep my money and eat my snack.

  I ordered JUST 3 drinks. After 22 minutes I received my 3 drinks. Every single one of them were wrong. This order was placed through the mobile app, so there wasn’t miscommunication through the intercom.

  This Sonic is a complete mess. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to be told after asking that it would still be another 5 minutes. I even tipped, which makes the lack of service even more frustrating. The sad part is this is not a one-time thing — it happens basically every time I come here. I will say the staff does seem a little better than before, but the place is still badly run. Long waits, poor communication, and constant disappointment.
