  I Was going to Order from Crowley Pizza Hut. After reading the Reviews, sound like the Owner needs to be fired. Way to many excuses for Bad food and service.

  I ordered directly through their website, paid the delivery fee, and even tipped the driver. Instead of receiving my food, a bag of rawhide dog chews was left at my front door. My nearly $50 order was completely missing. What’s even more frustrating is that this store does not accept phone calls, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone for help. I was routed to a call center and was told there was nothing they could do—no replacement and no refund. I also tried calling and texting the driver and received no response. It has now been a week, and I still have not received a refund or any follow-up, even after opening a support ticket through the website’s online chat. Being charged for food I never received and then having no way to get assistance is completely unacceptable. If orders placed directly through your website are going to be outsourced to third-party delivery services, customers should at the very least be informed and provided with proper support when something goes wrong. I hope someone from management reviews this and addresses the situation.

  Awful. The two male employees working there tonight (March 3rd. 7:30pm) are clueless and very unapologetic. The wait was unbelievably long with no explanation. There was also a USED FLOSS STICK in the lobby that everyone BUT them saw apparently.

  The lady at the location on Crowley Rd today was rude. She did not greet customers or say thank you. She didn’t say anything and just stared at me, as if she was waiting for me to ask what I needed. I greeted her and asked for my pickup. Throughout the entire process, she seemed unhappy to be working there and did not speak at all.

  Every time I come ms. Brandi is always respectful and gets my order perfect I wish all employees could be like her . Very well mannered and efficient on orders.
