  My first time visting this location off fm 1187 Crowley rd on 4/11, placed my order over the phone with there call center and repeated my order twice to the man over the phone. I got to the store to pick up my order and didn’t realize that one of the pizzas was made wrong, I called the store and got the wrong location, but that manager was ready to fix my pizza over, but told him thanks but I will go back to the location where I purchased from. I called the store phone just ring by that time I had made it to the location and took the pizza into the store and showed Kayle that my pizza has marinara sauce and it was supposed to be Alfredo sauce, Kayle told me to wait and went to the back like she was getting a manager and after about 2min passed I asked the young lady that was making pizzas where did she go why does it take that long to get a manager and she said Kayle is a manager I was like wow. Kayle now comes back to the counter and say she will have to charge me half price to remake the pizza with the right sauce. Told her are you serious, I said give me my money back for the pizza that was made wrong and I will be calling corporate which I did and filed a complaint and now I am leaving a review for everybody to see. That was my first and last time eating at that Papa John’s pizza. Kayle said they do that because of customers always complaining about there orders, I told her you can’t treat everyone like the bad customers that do this because I have never been to Papa John’s ever till today and I want be going back after this horrible experience. I left the pizza got my money and left.

  I ordered a pizza from this place for dinner and it exceeded my expectations. The pizza arrived hot and fresh with plenty of toppings. The crust was crispy yet soft inside, which made every bite enjoyable. The cheese and sauce created a great flavor combination. The service was fast and the staff were polite.

  I ordered those new sandwiches the other day! They're nothing but hard bread buns with little 2 nothing in between them!

  Ordered pizza for delivery. Received the wrong order. Tried calling the store multiple times but the phone automatically hung up each time. Gathered up 4 young grandchildren to drive over to the location. The manager I spoke with said they had not received any phone calls. I demonstrated the hang up by dialing the store number. The manager was not concerned and did not offer any explaination. I will NEVER go back to this location ever again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  When I walked in, Drew greeted very warmly and was so happy to help me out with my order! He is the only one in the store and is super busy but that did not affect his customer service negatively whatsoever! He was friendly, helpful and even though he was busy and working by himself, not once did he make me feel like I was burdening him. He is an absolutely amazing employee who deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like Drew is why I’ll keep coming back. Great job to Drew and Papa Johns!
