My mom is a critic and she was so happy and pleased with what he did for us. I loveee this location and I’m so grateful for Jeff, the manager.

I will never order from this store again.

Each person I spoke with was rude and repeatedly disconnected the call. Since no one would properly address the issue, I had to drive to the restaurant to confirm my refund in person. When I arrived, Tim did not acknowledge the situation or offer an apology. Instead, he gave me attitude and simply stated that the refund had already been processed. When I asked why I was repeatedly hung up on, he claimed he didn’t know because he had been “in the kitchen,” even though the restaurant was not busy. I also asked why I had been left on hold for over 15 minutes, and again he said he didn’t know. Rather than apologizing or providing any explanation, he continued to respond with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. As a customer who orders from this location frequently, I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional treatment I received from the manager, Tim.

Don't say the order will be ready in 30 minutes and then I have to wait another 30 minutes when I get there. Allot of customers were complaining.
