  This Sonic is a complete mess. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to be told after asking that it would still be another 5 minutes. I even tipped, which makes the lack of service even more frustrating. The sad part is this is not a one-time thing — it happens basically every time I come here. I will say the staff does seem a little better than before, but the place is still badly run. Long waits, poor communication, and constant disappointment.

  Did an online order since we were in a hurry. Checked in on the app and pushed the button and told them we there. Took over 15 minutes for them to just bring out the order to us as we watched multiple cars pull up and get served and leave. The girls were incredibly rude and said we must not have checked in after we did twice on the app and spoke to the person inside. Get a different job if you are miserable and don’t want to be there.

  This location is notoriously slow and disrespectful. We ordered a simple smash burger combo and small cherry slush. After waiting 15 minutes, and the screen returning to its normal cycle of adverts, we pushed the red button for an update. The supervisor yelled they were backed up and couldn’t help. Meanwhile vehicles who arrived after and ordered after us were helped and left. I waited another 5 minutes and finally asked for a refund and was told they were too backed up to help. Finally another supervisor arrived and helped cancel and refund our order. Be better. Do better.

  Stopped in to get 3 drinks and one of these was for a chocolate shake. I was told that that couldn't make any shakes and I said ok how about a cherry cream slush and was told then that they could only put the ice cream on top and not mix it in. At this point I said forget the shake and bring the dr pepper and the tea. Which took forever to bring out. I tried to give this place a chance but this is the second time I was let down.
