  Ordered pizza for delivery. Received the wrong order. Tried calling the store multiple times but the phone automatically hung up each time. Gathered up 4 young grandchildren to drive over to the location. The manager I spoke with said they had not received any phone calls. I demonstrated the hang up by dialing the store number. The manager was not concerned and did not offer any explaination. I will NEVER go back to this location ever again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  When I walked in, Drew greeted very warmly and was so happy to help me out with my order! He is the only one in the store and is super busy but that did not affect his customer service negatively whatsoever! He was friendly, helpful and even though he was busy and working by himself, not once did he make me feel like I was burdening him. He is an absolutely amazing employee who deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like Drew is why I’ll keep coming back. Great job to Drew and Papa Johns!

  Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and these employees are OVERWORKED but always trying their best to ensure quality food is coming out. I was pleasantly surprised they were open today due to inclement weather and every single one of them was getting after it to make sure orders were coming through as quickly as possible. My order was ready at a reasonable time and tasted just as expected super yum. Great staff. 😌

  Had a 5 topping pizza that tasted great and used fresh toppings. This is one of the best Pappa John's I have ordered from. It's the cleanest store I have ever been in. Previous hurtful, negative reviews (from 2 years ago) are just not true. I believe there were those who did not want this business to succeed. Please ignore these spiteful and hurtful remarks and know that this pizza place is excellent!!! Also, the manager is kind, respectful and very nice. He keeps this place clean and very organized. Hope his business does well in Crowley.

  Pizza is undercooked every time we order from here! Or I find hair in my pizza or dough that was cooked into it. I have also gotten food poisoning from here as well when I WAS pregnant! Had to toto baylor hospital 😏 Absolutely gross!!! The Health inspector NEEDS to be called on this location
