We had a uber order to pick up for someone and they denied us and clearly the web said open until 1am and it was 12. We had honked and they looked at us and ignored us without saying anything, poor service, they need to be fired asap

Ordered two fries, three burgers, and two snack wraps. I’m not sure why that took 20 minutes, but it did. And then the receipt they gave us didn’t let us do the survey because there is a big blank strip running up and down it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru and the employee taking my order (Hispanic female) was extremely difficult to work with. She kept inputting my order incorrectly, and despite me correcting her multiple times, she still didn’t get it right. To make matters worse, she was incredibly rude throughout the process. I ended up leaving with the wrong food and a bad taste in my mouth from the service. If you aren't patient enough to handle customer orders correctly, you shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. This was a week ago and was contemplating on writing a review.

If closing time is at 1 am that doesn't mean close before then. I cannot stand the new way of how fast food restaurants do. Put the time you guys close not before!!!!
