  the girls were eating in front of the window, and my ice cream tastes like butterfingers. do they not clean the blenders after every use???? i’ll be going to the one in burleson on wilshire now thanks

  I wish I would have checked the reviews before I stopped here but alas my blizzard craving hit as I was driving by this location. It looked run down but I decided to give it a shot. With everything in I wish I would have kept driving. This place is the absolute worst! I waited in the drive thru with one car in front of me and zero cars at the window for 10 mins before I gave up and just backed up a little and parked. There were 2 cars in the parking lot. Once I opened the door I realized why I had been waiting so long. There are 3 or 4 girls just hanging around talking and laughing and cussing a little and one lady (white, brown hair, older than the other girls) actually working. This was at 640pm on 03/21/26. I thought for some unknown reason since I came in and they could see me I would be able to order quickly and get out. My mistake completely! I stood there for maybe 5 mins then interrupted their conversation which visibly upset them. They rudely took my blizzard order and then took another 15 mins before the before mentioned worker made it while again the other girls went back to their conversation that I so rudely interrupted. Please do yourself a favor and go a bit further to the DQ location in Burleson. It's nice and clean and the workers are always so nice.

  This is the first and last time I come into this place. There are two employees, and I am standing in front of them just playing on their phones. I asked to place an order, and only one looked at me and seemed unhappy, I guess she had to work…Very disappointed and feel disrespected by this place. It’s a shame that two employees act like this. I hope someone addresses it.

  Worst experience! Awful customer service at window. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Went inside to talk to manager and he wasn’t any better. Smiled about this situation while other workers were laughing. Food was mediocre at best. If I had an option to leave 0 stars I would. Not to mention the inside and outside was filthy. This place needs shut down. I will be reaching out to corporate. I’m sure there’s plenty other DQ’s that would love your business!

  Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Period! Food is never ready in a timely manner. Their appliances are always breaking and preventing me from getting the correct orders. Staff seems uninterested in customer service. Store is always dirty! I’m not sure how this place is still in business? Not once has this location had a pleasant dining experience.
