  Was so excited to try out this new location especially with it being a family buffet and it failed i ordered food online and was given pizza that looked at least 2 days old he immediately offered a refund but then asked if I'd like a remake im not big on places that immediate response is refund it doesn't show effective customer service a customer will return with a experience where the facility went the extra mile to fix a problem than one who only refunded them manager wasn't rude but it was like yeah give it here sigh I probably won't try this location again but wanted to share my experience with others who may

  This Pizza Hut on Hwy 380 in Cross Roads is a really well cared for establishment by the staff. Elliot and Mathew helped me out and were so understanding in remaking my pizza and breadsticks after forgetting them and showing up late. I do feel they went avove and beyond their duties to ensure the absolute excellence in customer service. The food is always delicious and no complaint there. Thanks again.

  We dined in today and I was impressed. The restaurant was nice and clean. The girl at the register was very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas and it was very tasty.

  Had pizza delivered, and normally we love Pizza Hut, but this was awful pizza! I spent $52.50 on 2 lg pizzas and some cheese bread. The 1 topping thin crust pepperoni was WAY overcooked , I’m not certain there was even cheese on it. The other was a stuffed crust, garlic Parmesan chicken, something my son wanted. He normally can eat the whole thing, not tonight. The cheese bread was good though! 🙌 Highly disappointed! I could have bought a Walmart deli pizza and it would have been levels above this! Waste of money!
