I had to drive around and wait, workers were walking out with my food and were conversing for a few minutes until they found my car and handed me my food. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and received a lemonade instead. And received no dressing for my side salad. And was not asked if I needed any additional sauces.

- GGGrace GarciaMar 19, 20265.0I want to shout out the wonderful young lady that replaced my chicken biscuit with a fresh one this morning (around 8 AM, young blonde woman with her hair braided back). Chicken biscuits are now $3.99, and what I received in my DT order was a tiny, squashed patty—it didn’t even look like it came from CFA. I am super pregnant—so tired, exhausted, and hungry—and probably would have burst into tears at the slightest pushback when I came to ask for a replacement. I know the difference was maybe an ounce or two of meat, but I just couldn’t justify spending $4 on what I had received. I went inside and showed the young lady what I received, and with no questions she brought me a replacement, and was very kind and pleasant about it. It was probably no big deal to her but it meant a lot to this exhausted, hungry mama. This is my closest CFA, and I’m glad the service continues to be excellent. Thank you! See the before and after below—couldn’t keep from biting into the sandwhich before taking the las picture!
