  I went in to place a to go order at the counter and stood at the counter for approximately 10 minutes while several workers walked by cooking and working the drive through. Seems they have abandoned customer service by assuming you will place your own kiosk order. I decided to give my business to Jack in the box who took my order promptly when I walked in!

  I guess this is the universe telling me I shouldn’t get a pizza at a Taco Bell (this is my first time trying it) 🤣😭 aside from the cardboard paper sticking to parts of it, it ain’t bad 😅

  We haven't been to this location much due to the bad customer service and incorrect orders and we'll today was no different. We placed our order and we were given our total. I think realized they missed a fry and I tried to get their attention on the mic but no one answered so we drove up and asked Trinity to add another fry. Trinty quickly and aggressively said you will need to drive around again for another order and slammed the window. Mind you no one is behind me at this time. Lol let's just say we didn't dri e back around but we also won't ever be back. Its a shame that both my daughter and I rather drive out of our way to another location to avoid this one. Trinty it really wasn't that serious.

  Literally the slowest store I've ever been through. Currently waiting for a drink that i put in ten minutes ago. No one is friendly either, it's like they don't know how to communicate with customers. I try to be understanding because i also worked fast food but this is ridiculous. I don't think any of these people have been properly trained
