When our order arrived, it was missing items — not even the fries were included — and the food that did come was cold. I called the store, and while they said I could come pick up the missing fries, I was met with attitude. The whole point of ordering delivery was so I wouldn’t have to leave the house, yet I still had to drive there myself. When I finally got the fries, they had no seasoning and, unfortunately, came with another side of attitude. This is by far one of the worst Wingstop locations we’ve dealt with. We try to give them another chance every time, but it’s consistently like this. Very disappointing experience.

Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
