  I just got a drink from here and put my straw in it and first a fingernail came through the straw! I’m not sure how that happens, but I’m absolutely disgusted and will not be getting coffee from here ever again!

  If I could give 6 stars, I would. I am, what we call in the service industry, a regular. I come multiple times a day, every day. I've experienced the service in all different times of the day; ranging from early morning, to 2 minutes before close (Sorry Guys!). Every time I have come to visit, the experience is very pleasant. The staff members, universally, are always in a very good mood with unworldly customer service. The product, well, it's coffee. So it's a win for me. I'm a creature of habit tho, so i've only tried one thing on the menu and it's been my go-to ever since i discovered Dutch Bros. The Crossroads location is quite literally down the street from my workplace and my home. It's not only super convenient, but a whole experience when I come and get coffee. I've stopped by the Frisco location, as my fiance works in Frisco, and i'm left with no comparison to my "home store" in crossroads. I don't normally write reviews, good or bad, but tonight something special happened. I had pulled up at approximately 8:30pm tonight, and i was greeted in the drive through by Izzy, who is probably who I find myself interacting with the most. She's very outgoing, very kind, and hits me with the "We gettin the same thing?" -- But once she figured out I always get the same thing, it's become "Are we getting 1 or 2?" Haha. Fun times, eh? Anywho, the reason i'm leaving this review is because when she had asked me 1 or 2, I had responded with a story about how my Fiance had complained i didnt bring her one home the other night, so i brought her one home the next night, and she was up literally ALL night long. So rather than complaining about not bringing coffee, she complained about being up all night; the turns have tabled. LOL. So i shared this story with Izzy tonight, and you know what she did? NOT ONLY did she very subtly upsell me a DECAF Golden Eagle for my fiance, so that 1, i don't sleep on the couch, 2, she doesn't miss out on the coffee, and 3, she doesn't stay up all night; and she also found a solution to the "problem" expressed in the story I had shared with her. I told her, "What a WONDERFUL! Idea!" and I left with 2 coffees, but 1 was decaf for the lady. Let me be clear, EVERYBODY who works there that i've interacted with, are VERY VERY VERY pleasant, I just don't know everyone's names. I could describe em, but lets not make this weird, ya? Lol. Izzy and Aiden were very pleasant tonight, par for the coarse, and the team at the Crossroads Dutch Bros are always so wonderful. Keep up the amazing work guys, and i'll cya tomorrow!   I really like don’t to give bad reviews because I think we all make mistakes sometimes, and I also don't like to be a Karen and go back to complain and ask them to remake my drink but this is like the 5th time already that they have made my order wrong, sometimes my drink is too strong and bitter, other times they don’t put the syrup, and at this point I feel like it's intentional (night crew) I also noticed when she handed me the drink last night, that the cup felt lighter than usual, So after stiring up the cup a little and taking the lid off to check, i noticed my drink level was very low. (this is like the 3rd time this has happened, with 2 different night time employees, the same girl and the newest night time employee that I've noticed there) I usually order the same drink and I go there almost every day, sometimes I order multiple drinks for my family and I've never had my drink get filled up this low before with other daytime employees, So this seems intentional to me, unless this is a new policy. I am a regular customer and have been since they opened but I Definitely will not be returning to this location for a while. It's not worth spending money on drinks that I can't even enjoy. Hopefully it gets better within the nexts months.

  When this location opened up years ago, I was stoked. I moved away from Aubrey for a year, came back and wow have things changed! The service is hit or miss and order ahead is unfortunately a joke. I’ve order 10 and even 20 minutes in advance, only to arrive and my drink still hasn’t been made yet. Unlike other locations, if your drink happens to be ready when you’re in the drive through, they don’t even bring it to you. 🙃 You’re still stuck on the line. Sad to say, I’ve mostly stopped going to DB overall since this location is closest to me and the service leaves a lot to be desired. — I have to give a shout out to the Frisco location. Best Dutch Bros I’ve been to and the service was always consistently 5 stars!

  Delicious drinks and amazing staff! Dutch Bros is one of my favorite places to get tea and coffee, the staff is always super friendly and helpful and I’m always pleased with the drinks. One employee that I always like seeing is Izzy, she’s always so helpful when I don’t know what to order. The service is usually fast if you’re looking to grab a quick drink, I would highly recommend trying out the double rainbro green tea or the 9-1-1 coffee!
