If they did light ice I would only get 1/2 a cup of a drink. Starbucks will do 1/2 ice even no ice with a drink. You pay $5.00 for a cup of ice. Are all dunkins instructed to do this or is it a franchise owner? I will investigate and follow-up. Don't you make enough off of ice cream , donuts, other food items you have to scam people into paying for a cup of ice!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
