  Food portions are always stingy with pickup orders and the psst 4 times i’ve gone they forget something, portions are like 1/2 of what it should be stingy. They have 0 customer service and they’re all rude and pretend like you aren’t standing there when you walk in. This place must've switched management within the past 6 months because it used to never be this bad, but every time we go its something. I don’t leave bad reviews, but this location begs for poor feedback.

  Stood there for 10 mins no one helped or even looked at me. Plenty of people on staff as well, but they were just talking to each other.

  I stood there for a while as one employee alerted another, who was staring at a tablet, to help me. I was the only customer, waiting while she talked back loosely with an attitude, clearly not wanting to do her job. She finally walked over to help me, but before doing so she continued to banter with the others—probably thinking it was cute—while she scratched her hair over the serving line and completely avoided any contact with me. I had to interject to get her attention. It was supposed to be dine-in, but she put my order in a bag with no utensils or napkins, which was very annoying. Keep the polite employees and get rid of the loud, rude ones who don't want to be there—we don't want to interact with them either.

  Came in right at the tail end of the dinner rush and the line was long, but this team had everything running smoothly. I was in and out in no time. Shoutout to Justin for the amazing service!! His energy was great and he made the whole experience feel easy, not rushed or stressful at all. Never once felt like I was an inconvenience even with how busy it was. Definitely 5-star service 👏

  This is my 3rd visit to the location over the past 6 months and there is quite a bit of inconsistency with portions/quality. My first visit was similar to my recent one, the last visit was fine-portions were scooped correctly and service was fast. This visit, portions were egregious and the protein had pieces akin to jerky. Finding chicken in my bowl felt like a 'where's Waldo' book. I hope this location tweaks their methods in the future and works towards a better reputation for the franchise.
