  I have had horrible service every single time i have ate or ordered from both of the crosby locations. Either the ingredients aren’t there or the service is just very lack luster in general. I have gave them both many tries because i truly do like subway but i am done trying to eat subway in Crosby.

  The man that was working this shift was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked in. Didn't even bother to greet just proceeded to saying what they did not have available which was literarly the whole subway bar. Then when we said thats fine he said "I have this online order to make first" which is fine but he went to the counter instead and talk to this girl for 5 whole minutes before starting the order. Whoever be hiring these employees clearly do not give a damn. Him and this girl just having a horrible conversation using nothing but vulgar language while my 9 year old was with me.

  THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. TODAY IS AUGUST THE 15TH AT 7 PM. THE LAST 3 TIMES I WENT IN.HER ATTITUDE IS SO BAD.SHE DOESN'T KNOW THE FORMULA.THEN WHEN YOU TELL HER SHE'S NOT DOING IT RIGHT.SHE GETS EVEN MORE OF AN ATTITUDE.SHE ROLLS HER EYES SHE DOES NOT SMILE.SHE DOESN'T GREET THE CUSTOMER.SHE DOESN'T THINKT TO BE AT WORK.MAYBE SHE SHOULD GO HOME
