After 40 min we callled. They said wait 1 more hour. We called after 1hr and 45min and they said order was on the way. After 2 hrs we called and asked to talk to manager. Manager Zachary said, not to be rude but have you looked out your window??? We have not had power for the last 2 hours. The 2 other times i called they told us they was busy. Not once they said they didnt have power. Bad service and bad management. Definitely will never use this place for future orders.

She was a brat and really needs some training on people skills. One of the managers apologized and refunded my order. I tried to email the head manager the photo so he could see a visual and help solve the problem they have on the app/their computer in store but the email given was invalid and wouldn’t send so I decided to post here in hopes they saw it.
