Rude manger … was asked to pull into mobile pick up spot to wait for food. Waited 20 minutes for food. Took receipt inside to check and food was just sitting on a shelf. The manger asked if I wanted it remade and I said I had already waited long enough. She had the audacity to say “Well excuse you!” very rudely to me. I will not be going back. Crockett McDonalds cares more about their window time clock than customers.

Just went through the drive thru and got told the frappacinio machine was down. Isn't that just the blender and an employee hitting a button?!

Food and service were fine. Pretty quick (and friendly), especially considering how busy they were!
The bathroom left something to be desired, though... standing water on the floor, an odd smell, and no place to change a baby's diaper.

Stopped to use the restroom. Word to the wise, keep going. The bathroom stunk to high heaven and the water smelled nasty!

I have been in the Crockett area for about 3 yrs now and I, myself have been in the fast food or restaurant industry for about 20 yrs now and I have never seen or experienced so many issues with any other fast-food place then I have with THIS McDonald's.
1st off - The customer service sucks. There has been a couple time that I have gotten a rude employee over the speaker... There was one person who would sigh very loudly when she would ask me if I wanted to add anything else and I would say yes. There are others who mumble or speak like they just really do not want to be there. They want to get the order out the door and be done with you.
2nd - My order is ALWAYS wrong... I either have something that is missing from it, or it is made incorrectly. I live 15 min away and for some that may not be far, but for someone who has two kids and a cranky grandmother who likes their food one way and if they don't get it that way, it's wining, and complaining or food being thrown at you... It has gotten to the point that IF I actually want to deal with the headache and go to McDonald's I expect something to be wrong. Like today, I ordered some food and was missing two items. I did check before leaving and got the food, but when I got home and my husband tried the new chicken burger, he said he would never get that burger again. The patty was as hard as a Frisby, and he could chunk it a good mile (over exaggerating but you get the idea). He said the condiments were everywhere. The bun and lettuce and Jal chunks and sauce were over on one side, and the patty was halfway pushed off the bun, so nothing was on the patty. He will eat just about anything bc he doesn't believe in wasting food, but still, he couldn't enjoy it.
3rd - Anytime I go there in the morning and order a Frappe, the machine is always down or not working. But when i go later that afternoon or evening it is magically up and running. In my opinion they need to stop being lazy.
Overall, this place needs new management and a new set of employees that actually care about what is being given to their customers.
