  Pulled up to the drive thru to order, female taking the order obviously needs training. I don’t think she understands that she applied for her job and it is a customer driven business. There was attitude in her voice, management truly needs to re-train her in customer service and dealing with people. The worst thing about ordering fast food, is the person usually taking the order is in a super rush and doesn’t even give you the opportunity to respond before they start asking the next question. This was my experience today, rude service and I didn’t deserve it, I was simply trying to order food for my grandson and grandpa. So I shred with her that she was “great” at her job and drove off. We are across the street eating at Dairy Queen. The food and service here is great.

  My husband works on pipeline. We are staying in Craane, Texas. I just have to brag on the ladies that works at sonic here in town. It’s the best Sonic I have ever been to The ladies there are super super nice It doesn’t matter what time I go there for which lady comes to the drive-through window or when I order online and park in the pick up area I am always greeted with a smile The ladies talk to you and make you feel important that goes a really long way with me so I just wanted to write this review and make the ladies in Crain, Texas at the Sonic here feel important you Ladies are awesome.

  Daughter wanted me to take her here for lunch during school since it would be quick. One of the first vehicles to arrive with a few kids ordering out front. Placed our order at a stall, another vehicle showed up a few minutes later, placed their order, few minutes go by they get their order, another vehicle shows up and orders, few more minutes they get their order. Paged inside to inquire about our order and was told that it was about ready. Almost 30 minutes and it was "about ready"? Multiple vehicles come and go and a few more at the drive through and all I ordered was the chicken bites. I confronted who I thought was the manager to cancel the order and was told that "its about to come out". But I declined and just canceled the order. Pretty let down by the experience since my daughter had to go back to school with no lunch.
