  Waited at the drive thru for a few minutes and finally just drove up to the window since no,one was in front of me. Ordered a SIX piece chicken strip basket, I believe it was 13 something. Food took forever, once done the kid at the window gave me my box and slammed the window. I was like OK, A thank you would be nice but oh well, get home and get ready to eat and noticed I only had 4 fingers. I normally dont complain but repeated issues like this at the same place is uncalled for. Owner, if you dont want your business to be successful then dont have one. People go there for good food, good atmosphere and a positive staff. You have none of these.

  I've been visiting Crane Dairy Queen since November 2025. Initially, the food was fresh and good, but now, the staff lacks professionalism, with some not wearing hair nets or maintaining personal hygiene. It appears the food has been left out too long. The restroom is unpleasantly odoriferous, noticeable even from the dining area. I had to discard my cold meal due to its unappetizing nature, and conversations seem to be prioritized over cleanliness. The Coke machine is unkempt, and the dining area, including the tables, requires thorough cleaning. I will not be returning there.

  In line for over 30 minutes nobody ever answered the drive-thru intercom. Parked and went inside, floors were sticky and just dirty.
