- TMTaylor MillerApr 9, 20262.0I ordered delivery it comes from DoorDash and service was great with TJ(from DoorDash) ! Subway it self sucked at making the sandwiches the right way . We ordered 2 toasted footlong sandwiches (1 came toasted). 1 kids meal and didn’t receive the drink or pouch . I asked toasted, extra black olives and jalapeño’s for my sandwich and this is what I got on half of my footlong !

The employee didn’t greet me when I walked in and immediately asked, “what do you want?” I even tried to be polite by asking how he was doing, but he just looked at me with no response and seemed annoyed that I was there. When ordering the new “protein pocket,” I simply asked to change the cheese, and he told me he could only remove items, not add anything. That didn’t make much sense, especially for a place like Subway where customization is expected. His attitude throughout the interaction came across as very unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve been to this location several times before and have never had any issues, which is why this experience stood out so much. I hope management addresses this, because customer service like this doesn’t reflect well on the store.

I had a visit today and I was served by a black guy (I don’t know his name) and he gave my family a decent sized portion, which is something the store usually struggles with. I would like to thank him for his service!!
