  Cotulla's McDonald's has truly gone completely down hill. To the point that if I want McDonald's I choose to travel out of town for it. Apparently the management staff just does whatever they want. They open whenever, close whenever. The hours on the door are just suggestions. I've stopped there an hour before it says they close and they have turned me away saying that they are closing. I've ordered breakfast an hour before it says they stop serving breakfast and been told there no longer serving breakfast at 9 in the morning. The service is atrocious. Most of the time your food is haphazardly thrown together. And usually it's NOT how you ordered it. But by the time you finally get your food your so mad you just leave. I was the only vehicle in the drive threw and about 3 people actually inside the store and it still took 30 minutes to get my burger, and if you complain they just roll there eyes and ignore you. Cotulla's McDonald's is hands down the worst one I've ever been too. The inconsistency and lack of any attempts to make it better have ruined that restaurant and management doesn't seem to care. The inconsistent hours of operation is in my opinion B.S. serve breakfast until 10 like everywhere and open and close when the hours posted say your open and closed. Maybe it's time for Cotulla McDonald's to find a new managers? Ones that can actually run the restaurant, because apparently the ones running it now are incapable of doing so. I'd love to actually see the number of customers they lose simply because of this.

  Everyone I’m in town I stop here employees are always nice and everyone works a team here, mangers are always hands on and food always hot and fresh and the inside stays super clean thank you team for all you do.

  When they get it right it's great. Some employees have no clue how to ring things up which leads to the costumer being over charged. Ordered a Hot Honey Mcrispy, was rung up for a spicy mcrispy add bacon. Not even close to the same thing. Another time I asked for a Bacon and Cheese Qtr Pounder. The girl got so confused then rang me up for a bacon qtr pounder add bacon. 1.99$ upcharge for extra bacon which I didn't ask for. They also put the drinks in the wrong size cups. They need to learn the difference between the McCafe sizes and the regular sizes.
