  I just had the nicest encounter with Ms. Jocelyn at the front. I was getting food for my kid she helped me figure out what to order she was kind and patient and knowledgeable about the menu. Her attitude was so jovial and she had the best smile planted on her face the entire time! Definitely a gem! I will be honest I have avoided this place because I normally come at night time and the lady that's up front is not nice at all or patient,, night shift definitely needs training from Ms. Jocelyn on customer service. That woman deserves a raise and recognition it cannot be easy being in a good mood like she was I have seen the way they are treated by the public.

  Had people all in line just waiting to be waited on. Plenty of workers not doing anything but yet they won’t take your order. Was told to order on the board. So I guess now customer service isn’t their job just being rude and doing nothing is their job. Left and will not return ! Will go somewhere else and spend money there.

  Worse service ever the Manager have a language and need some customer service training. They get my order wrong I was trying to tell her and she just hash I get it. So I left whit out it. They need some people that really needs the job
