    Worst customer service ever! My husbands nuggets were left out of the order drove all the way back across town to go get them and asked for my fries to be remade as they are cold. Angelica was very rude and allowed her crew to make comments about me while I was sitting there looking right at them. When she went to hand me the nuggets I reminded her about fresh fries and she said what no all I’m doing is giving you the nuggets and replacing the medium fry. As a manager you should never tell a customer not to be upset when it is clearly you and your employees fault.

    I placed online order. App shows order ready. I told lady "Online order for MacKenzie" she walked away and went to another order. She completely ignored me. Then a lady stood at register to place order. Guy walked to register then turned around and then a lady did the same. Lady finally walked away after 5 minutes of being ignored. On top of that. This is the second time we have done an online order and apparently the order doesn't exist 6 minutes after it states its ready for pickup. I believe they just clear the screen before its ready and then it doesn't exist for the customer when they pickup.

    I ordered a large two cheeseburger meal and received a half empty box of cold French fries. No burgers. What the hell man.

    I went to your restaurant on 09/20/2024 around 11:30 pm for 2 large sweet 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade beverages. I waited in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes. When I reached the window to pay I was informed there was no lemonade. This isn't the 1st time I had an extended wait time and told the product wasn't available. When I went in there I expected it to be a good service . But in reality I got a horrible service when I went up to ask for sum ketchup there was two ladies that pack the food they saw that I needed help but they just kept looking at me and they started talking and laughing. Until, the manager came up to me and asked if “I needed something” she also told them why were they just looking and not helping me and there was this girl that said “Well it’s her fault for just standing there and not saying anything”. But she said it in Spanish. I understand I didn’t say anything but it’s there job to come up and ask if we need anything I work in a fast food job and no matter how busy it is I still have the chance to respect my customers and I am only 16 and respecting my customers and knowing they are older it’s embarrassing seeing yall have employees like that. Hopefully yall can do something about the employees yall have. Just let them know if they don’t like the job they have to just not work it’s not fair that people have to go through disrespect. This was the absolute worst customer service. I went to this McDonald at 9:45 PM knowing that the dining room was about to close. An employee saw me and my family walking up to the door to simply order our food to go and he locked the door in our face and started laughing as he walked off as if he did nothing wrong. If your dining room is open until 10 why are you locking your doors early… not to mention in a customers face. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. These people working at places need to realize that the customers are the reason they have a job and maybe they should have more respect for us than that.Real intelligent people working here. That’s a large fry. super slow and they swear the sauce comes out of their pockets. you get 1 sauce per 6 piece nugget. service was good BUT the food messed me up so bad. i have been on the toilet for 3 hours. my stomach hurts so bad. don’t recommend. Every time I have come here I have to double check everything because they will forget a sauce or my extra onions on my burgers this has been countless times one night it took nearly an hour because by the time we got through the line the first time they messed up on all 7 cheeseburgers not putting any onion when extra was ordered we had to sit through at least 45 minutes of other people getting their food i will admit they gave me a compensation fry and drink only after I asked for it that night this location is a joke if you want to hope your order is correct go somewhere elseIf I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 star I would! Worst experience ever. Waited an Hour for food and the workers were only working the drive thru. Refused to come to the front counter and then when I finally received my food. It was wrong I was given water instead of sprite. The food was just sitting in the warmer we arrived at 6:45p. Amd left at 7:49pm that's absolutely RIDICULOUS. HOW CAN THEY CALL THEMSELVES FAST FOOD ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE PASSING THROUGH. DO NOT LET THE NEWLY BUILT LOCATION FOOL YOU. THEY ARE SLOW AND ITS JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!! Asked for a meal deal with NO drink. They put a water bottle on the order which is an upcharge of 30 cents. I told them again at the window I don't want a drink and to take the water off. Then I got charged 1.75? Excuse me? Y'all must not have brains here. Never coming back. I'll go to the one in Walmart.
