A young (very knowledgeable) lady by the name of Kristen went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for even though she was working on curbside orders! She deserves a raise! The only thing I don't like is their parking lot, it's always so full and a lot of the drivers seem to have road rage.

Mind you, my sister picked the cake up for an event and wasn’t sure what was initially ordered. Not only was this the ugliest cake I’ve seen come out of any store, it was by far the worst. It was dry and the sponge was tight. It tasted like a strawberry box cake just stale and old. I am beyond disappointed as a frequent shopper with HEB. The bakery didn’t apologize for ruining my birthday cake. The instructions was light earth tones and a completely different statement. Not a good look for HEB who I am generally quite pleased with the quality. This was sad.
