- JJJose Jimenez1 day ago1.0I want to start off with the positives. In the 1-2 years I've been ordering from here I've never had any issues. Everything has always been great, except today. I ordered online and went to pick it up and was told there was a mix up and dont get told much else other than someone else with the same name took one of TWO pizzas I ordered. I had to overhear that a person by the name of "Thomas" was the reason for the mistake. I don't understand why there wasnt a confirmation or something of the sort that would prevent just anyone from giving a name and getting someone elses order. On top of that, i had to wait for the 2nd pizza to be remade while the first was getting cold. I dont mind the wait since I understand mistakes happen but what I would want to see improved is the accountability and willingness to make something right when a mistake is made. My recommendation to management is if you want to retain a happy consumer base is to explain the mistake when one happens along with actions that will be taken in an effort to prevent the same mistake from happening again.

It's one thing to find a human head hair on the outside of the pizza box, but my wife bit into her pizza and found a strand of someone's hair in her mouth and it is not either of ours. This is horrendous, make your employees wear hair nets! I don't know if I will ever order from this Domino's again.
