- JJJose JimenezNov 23, 20251.0I want to start off with the positives. In the 1-2 years I've been ordering from here I've never had any issues. Everything has always been great, except today. I ordered online and went to pick it up and was told there was a mix up and dont get told much else other than someone else with the same name took one of TWO pizzas I ordered. I had to overhear that a person by the name of "Thomas" was the reason for the mistake. I don't understand why there wasnt a confirmation or something of the sort that would prevent just anyone from giving a name and getting someone elses order. On top of that, i had to wait for the 2nd pizza to be remade while the first was getting cold. I dont mind the wait since I understand mistakes happen but what I would want to see improved is the accountability and willingness to make something right when a mistake is made. My recommendation to management is if you want to retain a happy consumer base is to explain the mistake when one happens along with actions that will be taken in an effort to prevent the same mistake from happening again.
