  Ordered online, asked for ultimate fries with the cheese sauce on the side and they did not abide, also paid for a ranch cup that I did not receive. At least they read that I wanted all flats for my wings

  This is the third time me and my husband have stopped here we are truck drivers always looking for something good to eat, Everytime we come around 8pm they have ONLY sandwiches available all of their fryers, are always turned off, if their hours say they close at 10 pm why cant customers get all the food on the menu? I asked the woman at the front how come everytime we come we cant order chicken she stated" because there is only 2 of use and we have a lot to clean up" i asked when do you all stop serving chicken she stated 7pm.... 7pm they close at 10.. this is a very disappointing experience every time we come,Charleys has to do better at this location.

  I’d tell you about the food but walked in at 8:20 when it states they close at 9 and they told us the would not serve us because they shut their Grills off already. I said I thought you closed at 9 they said we do, but we shut our grill of so we can leave at 9. They were above rude about it, pathetic place if you ask me

  Fui aquí a por un Cheesesteaks, y no se parecen para nada a los de la foto, panes duros, ni siquiera estaban tan calientes. Lo único bueno fue la cantidad de papas fritas que era bastante... 😞
