  Kaylee was amazing. My husband and I were coming in to town from a long road trip and waited only a few seconds before she was able to take our order. She was very thorough on reading back my order and it was made promptly. The atmosphere overall was great, clean, and not too loud.

  I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly what I was hoping for. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sides were just as good. What really stood out, though, was the service. Makenzie went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my order. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, great food and even better service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The chicken was absolutely delicious 🤤, but the potatoes were seasoned a bit too heavily—so much so that after eating a few bites, I had to keep reaching for my water. I really hope you’ll consider toning down the seasoning just a tiny bit next time The service was excellent—when I asked for extra soda, they happily gave me more Nor were they aggressive or rude in any way

  I called to make a Togo order, was asked to hold. Was on hold for 15min, and it was disconnected. I called right back. Explained I was just on hold for 15min to make order and call was disconnected. She asked me to hold again. (No sorry) I held for another 8min, ended up arriving at the location. The lady is just standing there not taking any orders. I showed her my phone that I'm currently on hold to make an order and how I was on hold for 15min prior to that. She asked how she could help me, I placed my order. She could have cared less. Still got no apology, and mind you, she still continued to place multiple calls on hold and never picked their calls back up either. Horrible customer service.

  I had a great experience thanks to McKenzie at Wingstop. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and on top of everything. You can tell she actually cares about customer service, which honestly makes a huge difference at this location. My order was taken quickly, everything came out fresh and hot, and she made sure it was correct before I left. Even when it got busy, she stayed calm and kept things moving smoothly. Wingstop can be hit or miss sometimes, but employees like McKenzie are the reason I’ll keep coming back. She deserves recognition for how hard she works and how well she treats customers.
