  My son ordered a high priced $15 dollar bacon steakhouse double burger which out the door with shake and frenchfries breached $20 bucks. Caught me off guard. I explained to guy who was vacuuming (David) to please tell upper managers $15 bucks for a burger is way to high. Zero managerial skills came back on me saying I am the manager. I,the customer stated $15 way to high for a burger. Instead of listening ,keeping his mouth shut, then stating I'll make a note of it and tell my superiors ,sorry you feel that way. He stated rudely And sarcastically while continuing to vacuum "well you don't have to buy it boss"I told him he was rude and he said by have a good day. I was waiting for the middle finger to be put out by this so called manager . Nasty!!!!! I have 24 years experience in management. Good luck with this guy!!!!!!!! Get him management training. We walked out.

  I went into this Whataburger with my dad, and I was ordering the bacon steakhouse double, but the price of just one of those was $15. When my dad asked this guy who was vacuuming next to us why it was so expensive and that it was ridiculous, this guy who claimed to be the manager (David), still vacuuming said in a sarcastic tone, "well you don't need to buy it boss." We felt very disrespected and when we asked for an apology he said, "no, I'm good." Outright refusing to apologize.

  I am not a fan of the chicken strips and boneless wings, the batter is too thick. But everything else is great. Burgers, fries, onion rings, malts...oh my, yum!

  I have always stopped at this location because they have always been great, today was far from great, they were training a new person which I am all for it, but when you see a line forming and it's over 5 people in line step up and get someone else to help. I place my order after a long time waiting. After placing my order I realized she put to go, I went up to the counter and let the experienced cashier know my number and that it was going to be for dine in, she told me she would take care if it, next thing they are calling my number around the restaurant with a to go bag. I asked them to place it on a tray, she stated they were out of clean trays, I could see so many trays from where I was at. I told them to cancel my order and issue a refund, the manager never even asked what the problem was just issued a refund and never even apologized. When I tried explaining all he said was have a good day.
