  This is RIDICULOUS. Even though I ordered through a delivery site, what I received was utter crap. 1. I ordered the mango Tropiboba bowl, what I received was the Berry Tropiboba bowl, not only a completely different item, but I didn’t order this bowl specifically because I’m allergic to strawberries, severely. I also ordered the açaí berry boost with NO strawberries, now how am I supposed to trust that they didn’t include not put strawberries in my smoothie??? Even if it had to be substituted this is something that SHOULD have been relayed to the driver for me to confirm. People order certain things and request items be removed for a REASON! 2. I also ordered the chicken pesto flat bread, and in the photo you can see how utterly disappointing that is.

  We usually eat at Tropical Café locations around Texas, but this was unfortunately the WORST experience we’ve had. The employee at the front appeared to be new — he kept needing help with the register and it took quite a while to place our order. We were patient and understanding about that. I asked for no red onions on my wrap (and mentioned it twice), but it still came out with red onions. It wasn’t a huge issue — I removed them and ate it anyway. However, the wrap itself didn’t taste as good as it usually does at other locations. The bigger concern was the smoothie. After finishing my wrap, I took a sip and it tasted off — almost acidic. Something definitely wasn’t right. I let the employee at the front know, and after checking with the manager, I was told they couldn’t remake it and that I would have to pay for another one. I asked if that was the case even though it didn’t taste right, and she confirmed. When I spoke directly with the manager, her tone felt passive-aggressive. She told me, “We made what you ordered and did it with the exact measurements,” and said there was nothing they could do. It was disappointing that there was no effort to address the issue or provide any type of resolution. Overall, the quality and service were not what we’re used to at other locations.

  Very impressed at what Justin the GM has done with this store. Improved customer service, food/smoothie quality, and just an overall good vibe when you stop by.
