Our crispy tacos were not hot and not properly wrapped the crispy taco Supreme shell all 6 had cracked shells they were so thin and cracked .The shells like they had been sitting for a while not fresh like they have been many times before . We will not be going back horrible meal from this location 3221 S.Staples St. There is no excuse for this. Order #220 store # 018748 We give them 1 star lucky they got that

Always missing items, food is not made fresh and you can tell it’s been sitting there for a long time when it’s not hot and the tortillas taste like rubber. I will not be giving them another chance. Never had this bad of an experience at a Taco Bell multiple times.

All my food and my $30 box I had three boxes and two separate burritos and tacos on the side were all made wrong they all look like these tacos were sitting overnight in a warmer and then hand it to us just because you close in 10 minutes before I order does not give you the right to serve disgusting food that looks like this. I'm here in line for a remake let's see how this goes. Food was worse . Do better taco bell on Staples n kostoryz Never going to your location again.
