  I ordered the daily special which was the meatball sub. I told them not to toast my sub, but the girl did it anyway. That's my only complaint about this location. I had to take stars away because the girl didn't do what I asked her and the sub wasn't prepared the way I asked!

  This subway location is absolutely terrible. The workers always seem so miserable and they make it so much more difficult to build a sandwich than it needs to be. The workers are either rude each time or extremely slow at their job. This location needs a revamp and new employees. I suggest any subways on the south side.

  I sent my employee in to hold a table for the rest of my crew. Apparently, they were very rude to him and asked him too leave for waiting over five minutes. They were very vocal and made a public scene. It's disappointing that an interaction like that would happen to my employee who caused no issues or harm. Not coming back to this location again. 👎👎👎👎

  Came to eat lunch here with the lawn service crews and not even 5 minutes inside waiting for the guys plus the main boss to have a specific count on who’s eating to order the lady employee was extremely rude and made a scene about me being inside kept rolling her eyes (short Hispanic looking woman covered in tattoos and had wavy hair). We were planning on ordering for the group but her attitude was so hostile we had to leave and take our business elsewhere very unprofessional and cost the store a large order of profit easy loss of a 250$+ order will never come here personally or bring my workers here again

  The customer service at this ayers location is bad. The girl was very rude! I will not be back. Refresher CSR Training needed. She would not heat up my sandwich, give me water & extra charge.
